PAYMENT

Items bought from the shop can be paid for by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal (you don't have to have a PayPal account to pay via PayPal).

For custom and wholesale orders you will be invoiced separately and can pay via bank transfer (other methods are available and noted on the invoice), work / orders will not be assembled or shipped until payment has cleared.

SHIPPING

General shop orders are typically sent out two to three times a week and usually take 3-5 business days for UK shipping.

Let us know at the time of ordering if you have a time sensitive order and we'll do our best to meet your requirements.

SHIPPING COSTS

Greetings cards are posted free of charge in the UK. All other items are charged by size and will be calculated during the checkout process.

We are currently only posting to the UK. If you are from elsewhere and want to place an order, please get in touch here.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND DAMAGES

Cancellations may be made prior to the item(s) dispatch. Should you wish to cancel after this time you will be responsible for postage costs to return the goods. Please use the contact form. to let me know of your cancellation with "Cancellation of Order" in the subject line.

Please notify us upon receipt of any damaged goods, preferably with a photo of the issue. We check each and every item that is sent out for flaws, in an instance that you find your item(s) anything less than perfect please let us know and we will work with you to solve the issue. Contact details will be on the receipt enclosed with your order.

Cancellations are chargeable on Custom Work after the work contract has been entered in to, fees will be clearly set out and agreed in the contract.

You have a statutory right to exchange or return non-custom work up to 14 days from your receipt of the goods. Exchanges and returns are made at your own cost and should be well packaged as a refund will only be made on un-opened and re-saleable goods. Please retain proof of postage and consider postal insurance to protect against damage to the goods on the return journey.

Site Security

Why is the padlock missing that says the site is secure? Quite simply because we use some webfonts and images that are hosted externally.

Fear not - your order is checked out securely by Big Cartel and payments are a fully secure transaction processed by PayPal.

LEAD TIMES

Vary depending upon time of year and what we're currently working on. We generally prefer as much time as possible to work on a project as an unhurried piece of work is usually a better one.

If you are in a rush for something, do still get in touch. We sometimes block out time for training and development that we can hand over to an exciting project (which is why our website isn't always the most up to date it could be).

COSTS

This one really depends on you. For weddings we've worked with a budget of £125 and we've worked with budgets that run into the 4 figure mark. It depends on the complexity of the project and the print methods, but we really can do something for everyone.

We want to make clear that we will never charge based on what we could, only ever on what a project costs. Factoring in time, materials, tools (such as fonts / imagery / etc) and production costs (and anything else escaping our minds or the unforeseen) we will figure out our best estimate and let you know before a project begins. Costs will always be agreed upfront as no one likes nasty surprises.
